Our Commitment

Safety is the top priority at Industrial Personnel. We want every single worker to go out to work and come home safe — that is the principal goal.

We do our best to ensure this happens through training and awareness. Workers are briefed about their specific assignment and sent on their way with proper PPE. We have two OSHA 30 certified staff members who conduct regular training and promote safety awareness every day. Industrial Personnel works closely with our clients to make sure we are all on the same page when it comes to a safe work environment.

Industrial Personnel employees are covered by our Workman's Compensation insurance policy. We have an excellent safety record with a very low e-mod.

What We Do

The safety work that happens before a worker ever sets foot on your site.

Vet Our Workers

Every day, workers are met in person by our dispatch team. They're screened, briefed, and directed to job sites throughout the city. Workers leave our office fully prepared for a safe day of work.

Set Expectations

Our employees understand they must show up to the job 10–15 minutes before the start time, make contact with the supervisor, and be ready to receive instructions.

PPE and Equipment

Our dispatch team makes sure each worker has all the PPE required — plus any other equipment needed to perform their job safely and efficiently.

Job Descriptions

We engage with our clients to make sure we have the correct job description to match the right people for the job.

Respond to Incidents

If something goes wrong, we want to know immediately. We handle workers' comp claims and coordinate with you on documentation.

Insurance

Industrial Personnel carries high-limit coverage for Workman's Compensation and general liability. Employees and clients are fully protected.

What We Expect From Clients

A safe job site is a partnership. Here's our side of the deal — and yours.

OSHA-Compliant Site

Per our Conditions of Service: the site must meet federal, state, and local health-and-safety standards, including OSHA.

On-Site Supervision

Our workers report to a named supervisor on your team. That person directs the work and ensures it's done safely.

Work Within the Classification

Workers are dispatched to the job description on the time ticket. Don't ask them to operate machinery or vehicles outside their scope without prior written consent.

No High-Risk Work Without Consent

Our employees should not be used above or below ground in excess of 2 feet without prior consent. We can typically accommodate — we just need to know.

Specify PPE

When ordering workers, let us know the specific PPE required for your project — for example, steel-toe boots, Type II hard hats, high-visibility vests, etc.

Don't Entrust Valuables

Our Conditions of Service ask that clients not entrust our workers with unattended premises, cash, negotiables, or valuables.

Full terms are listed in our Conditions of Service on the New Client Application.

What We Expect From Employees

Simple rules. Workers who follow them get steady work.

Be Prepared

Arrive early and be prepared to start work on time. Make contact with your supervisor on site, receive instructions, remember your safety training, and be aware of your surroundings at all times.

Safety Orientation or Briefing

Often the client will hold a safety orientation or briefing before the start of work. Pay close attention to the details — every site has different variables to be considered.

Wear Your PPE

Whatever PPE is required on the site is what you should be wearing — typically boots, hard hat, vest, safety glasses, and gloves. Wear what is required, without exception.

Speak Up

If something feels unsafe — equipment, conditions, a request that's outside your skill level — stop and tell your supervisor or call dispatch.

No Shortcuts

Hot, tired, behind schedule — those are the moments when corners get cut and people get hurt. Take the extra minute.

Report Incidents

Any injury, near miss, or property damage — report it to your supervisor and to our office the same day. That's how we keep you covered.

Reporting an Incident

If an accident or incident occurs on the job, report it to your supervisor immediately. They will take the proper course of action — follow their instructions to the letter.

If you are a witness, write down the details of what happened so you don't forget. It is likely you will be asked for a statement by the client and/or IP.

For after-hours incidents, leave a voicemail at 602-272-2212 and email info@industrialpersonnelinc.com. We monitor both.
