Construction, warehouse, and industrial jobs across the Phoenix Valley. Show up ready and we'll keep you working.
A real job, a real paycheck, real chances to move up.
Work today, get paid today. We understand the importance of timely compensation, which is why we offer daily pay — you're recognized for your efforts without delay.
Construction sites, warehouses, manufacturing floors. You'll build experience that means something on a resume.
Many of our workers get hired permanently by the companies they work for. Show up, work hard, get noticed.
You're our employee on every shift. That means workers' compensation insurance and payroll tax compliance — no gig-economy gray area.
Tell us when you can work — one shift, a few days a week, or full-time. We'll match you with jobs that fit your schedule.
We work the Phoenix Valley. Most jobs are close to home — Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Scottsdale, Glendale, and surrounding cities.
A sample of what we staff every week — from entry-level to skilled trades.
From application to your first shift.
Fill out the application. We'll review and reach out within a day or two.
Quick in-person meeting — bring your ID and work authorization. We'll go over the kind of work you want.
We'll call you when a job opens up — or feel free to show up at our office early in the morning for an on-the-spot assignment.
Work today, get paid today. We also offer weekly pay if that fits you better.
We are looking for individuals who know how to put in an honest day's work. No excuses, no drama — just work. You reap what you sow. Opportunity awaits you.
Industrial Personnel is a workplace rooted in respect. Respect for yourself, the company you represent (IP), and the customers who pay all of our bills. We are all on the same team, striving to help our clients achieve their goals — and working together, we make it happen.
We always need quality people to further our success. Join us today.
Work boots are mandatory for almost every job. If you have other PPE — hard hat, high-visibility vest, safety glasses, gloves — bring it. If not, we have all of it available to purchase at our office.
Our office opens at 3:00 AM in the summer and 3:30 AM in the winter. Get there early and we can match you with same-day work.
Most sites have water on hand but bring your own to be safe. Pack a lunch — Phoenix days run long and food trucks aren't a sure thing.
At the end of the shift, your supervisor signs your time ticket. Bring it back to our office or follow our dispatcher's instructions.
If something changes during the day — early release, extra hours, next-day work — we or the client will need to reach you.
Not sure what to do? Ask your supervisor or call our office. Better to ask than guess wrong.
Not for most general labor positions. If you've got construction, warehouse, or trade experience, even better — let us know on the application. Some skilled-trade roles do require specific experience or certifications.
Depends on what you're willing to do and how reliable you are. Workers who show up on time and work hard get called first. Many of our regular workers get 30–40+ hours a week.
We offer daily work and daily pay. We do not have direct deposit — workers are issued a company check.
Call us as soon as you know — don't no-call/no-show. Things happen. Workers who communicate keep getting work; workers who ghost don't.
Often, yes. If a client likes your work, they can convert you to a direct hire after a qualifying period. This happens all the time — it's one of the best ways to land a permanent job in the trades.
Some clients require it for their sites. We'll tell you up front when a job requires testing. Most general labor positions do not.
Tell us. Certifications open up better-paying positions and we'll keep an eye out for jobs that match. List them on your application.
Apply online — takes about 5 minutes.
